I want to ask you every PSU asking either % or equivalent to cgpa but iocl only % what does it means? If any one got 7.1 cgpa but 64.6% %could candidate take it as a whole number like 65%,is this right?

I want to ask just 1 thing that the Final year students who are appearing for Gate 2018, are they eligible to apply for these PSU, as they are asking for a full time Bachelor’s Degree?
